Through literature review, questionnaire survey and interview preparation of college students' positive mental quality scale. Exploratory factor analysis (n = 812) to determine the scale of 94 item, is composed of four subscales, including a factor of 25. Statistical results show that the total internal consistency reliability of the scale was 0.821, and the total internal reliability of the scale was 0.6, and the inventory can meet the demands of psychometrics, and has good validity of the letter, can understand college students in Fujian province as a positive psychological quality influence factors of measuring tool.%通过文献综述、问卷调查及访谈,编制大学生积极心理品质量表.探索性因素分析（n=812）确定量表共有94个题项，由4个分量表组成，共包括25个因子.统计结果表明，各分量表的克伦巴赫﹠系数均在0.6以上，量表总体的内部一致性信度为0.821，量表符合心理测量学要求，信效度较高,可作为了解福建省大学生积极心理品质影响因素的测量工具.
