[目的]探究清代《竹林女科证治》在“痰湿体质”月经诸病病机特点、用药心得等方面的学术经验与理论价值。[方法]以历史学、文献学之研究方法，搜集《竹林女科证治》中所有论因“痰”导致月经不调的文章，探析其对“痰湿体质”月经病的贡献。[结果]《竹林女科证治》中阐述了“痰湿体质”月经病独特的致病机理，其重视体质论及后天之本，认为气机郁滞是“痰湿体质”月经病致病之关键因素；临证虚实分治月经病，处方灵活，善于变通，常以二陈汤为基础方，辨证加减治疗各种痰湿体质月经病。用药巧选地骨皮治疗各种痰热型月经病。同时，其重视方剂中药物炮制，以增强临床疗效。[结论]《竹林女科证治》是一部颇有影响的临床实用妇科专著，在阐述痰湿体质与月经病的形成机理及治疗等方面多有卓见，为后世医家论治月经病提供了坚实的理论支撑。%Objective] To explore the "Bamboo Gynecology Treatment" on the "physical phlegm" menstrual characteristics of the pathogenesis of various diseases, medication and other aspects of the experience of academic value of the Qing Dynasty.
