BILT治疗仪在脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗中的运用研究

         

摘要

[目的]探讨BILT治疗仪(大力神雀啄灸)对脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗的应用效果及作用机理。[方法]将70例脑卒中患者按就诊先后顺序分为治疗组和对照组各35例,所有入选患者在继续给予相关神经内科药物及运动康复治疗的基础上,治疗组采用BILT治疗仪治疗,对照组采用艾条雀啄灸治疗,取穴相同。1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。两组患者在治疗前及治疗3个月后采用Fugl-Meyer评分量表评价患者运动功能变化,采用Barthel指数评价患者治疗前后日常生活能力的变化,并对两组患者治疗前后血液流变学变化进行比较。[结果]治疗3个月后,治疗组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同样,治疗组的全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度以及红细胞比容较对照组明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]BILT治疗仪对脑卒中偏瘫康复治疗疗效确切,其作用机理可能与BILT治疗仪和微循环节律一致的脉动红外线能提高红外线的生物利用度、减低患者的血液粘度、增加脑部血液供应有关。%[Objective]To study the effect and mechanism of BILT treatment instrument(Hercules sparrow-pecking moxibustion) to the stroke patients with hemiplegia. [Method]70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the two groups were given the routine internal medicine treatment and rehabilitation.The treatment group was treated by modified sparrow-pecking moxibustion with BILT treatment instrument, while the control group by traditional sparrow-pecking moxibustion with moxa stick.Both the groups were chosen the same acupoint, one month constituted a course of treatment, clinical efficacy was evaluated after 3 months. To compare the motor function with Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA), ADL(activties of daily living) with the Barthel index, and the changing of hemorheology between the two groups before and after the treatment. [Results] The score of FMA, MBI in the treating group improved more obviously than the control group after the treatment, there was statistical significance. The whole blood high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity and hematocrit of treatment group were lower than the control group, the difference with statistical significance. [Conclusion] There were actual therapeutic effects of BILT instrument for the rehabilitation of stroke patients, which might be because its infrared consistent with the microcirculation rhythms pulse, could increase the bioavailability of infrared, and reduce blood viscosity in patients, and then increase the supply of blood to the brain.
