[目的]探讨补元益寿膏对虚劳的治疗作用。[方法]对65例符合虚劳中医诊断的人群给予口服补元益寿膏10g/次，2次/d，共服1个月并对服膏前及治疗1疗程后进行疗效及安全性观察。[结果]补元益寿膏对慢性疲劳综合征（chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS）、亚健康人群和老年体虚者虚劳证的临床表现：倦怠乏力、疲劳、面色萎黄、头晕眼花、心悸、腰膝酸软、性欲减退、畏寒肢冷、五心烦热、失眠等有明显的改善作用，总有效率达90.98%，各主要症状治疗前后症状积分比较，经统计学处理差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论]补元益寿膏治疗CFS、亚健康人群和老年体虚者的虚劳安全有效，体现了中医治未病、养生保健和健康调养相结合之学术思想，可调节机体阴阳平衡，强身健体，提高虚劳人群的生活质量。% [Objective]To discuss the treatment of Buyuan Yishou Grease on consumptive disease. [Method] Administer the grease to 65 cases of consump-tive disease oral y10g/time,2times/d,1m for 1 course;and make observation on cure effect and safety before and after medication. [Result] The grease had good relieve to the clinical demonstrations of chronic fatigue syndrome, sub-health people and senile deficient people: lassitude and weak, fatigue,sal ow complexion, feeling dizzy, palpitation,sore and weak waist and knees, sexual hypoactivity, chil y and cold limbs, dysphoria in chest palms-soles and insom-nia, the total effective rate was 90.98%, the main symptoms had marked statistical meaning in comparing the integral before and after treatment. [Conclu-sion] Buyuan Yishou Grease treating such diseases above was effective and safe, embodying the academic thought of TCM treating pre-disease, fit-keep-ing and healthcare combining with recuperating oneself, which could regulate human balance of Yin and Yang, strengthen the physique and improve defi-cient peoples' life quality.
