[Objective]To assess the therapeutic effect of Jin's three needles therapy combined with speeching training on aphasia after stroke.[Methods]95 cases were randomly divided into Jin's three needles group(JTN n=31),common group(comm n=33) and rehabilitation group(rehabil n=31).Jin's three nee-dles therapy and speeching training were used in JTN group,the common acupuncture therapy and speeching training were used in comm group,the reha-bil group only used speeching training.The treatment was conducted once daily,5 sessions a week and for 6 weeks. CFCP was used to evaluate the speech-ing capability on the beginning, 21 days later and 42 days later.[Results] 21 days later, JTN group experienced marked improvement than rehabil group( P<0.05);The CFCP of JTN group and comm group were significantly higher than that of the rehabil group 42 days later(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Jin's three nee-dles therapy combined with speech training can significantly improve the speeching capability of aphasia,and has a good synergistic effect.% [目的]评价靳三针疗法结合言语训练对中风后失语症的疗效。[方法]采用简单随机的方法，将95例符合标准的患者随机分为靳三针组31例、常规组33例、康复组31例。在常规治疗的基础上，靳三针组采用靳三针结合言语训练的方法，常规组采用常规针刺结合言语训练，康复组给予言语康复训练，三组治疗时间均为42天，每周治疗5次，分别在治疗前、治疗21天、治疗42天后采用功能性语言沟通能力检查法（CFCP）进行评价。[结果]治疗21天后，靳三针组疗效优于康复组（P<0.05）；治疗42天后，靳三针组和常规组疗效均优于康复组（P<0.05）。[结论]靳三针疗法结合言语训练能明显改善中风后失语症患者语言功能，二者具有良好的协同作用。
