[Objective] To investigate the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of the unstable femoral peritrochanteric fractures treated by Fixion PF. [Methods] 18 cases of unstable femoral peritrochantehc fractures were treated by the Fixion PF and their therapeutic effectiveness was followed up. [Results] All patients were followed up for an average duration of 6 months. The results showed that fracture of all cases was healed up and the total excellent and good rate was 91%. [Conclusion] The Fixion PF advances in solid internal fixation are little invasive of operation, early exercises, and fewer complications. It is one of the ideal choices to treat unstable femoral peritrochanteric fractures and should be developed.%[目的]探讨膨胀自锁型股骨近端髓内钉( Fixion - PF)治疗不稳定型股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效及意义.[方法]采用Fixion PF治疗本院2007年6月至2009年6月不稳定型股骨转子间骨折18例.[结果]患者切口全部Ⅰ期愈合,手术时间45～110min,平均(76.23±14.91) min;术中出血100～600mL,平均(250.63±68.34)mL.患者均获随访,随访时间平均6个月,骨折全部愈合,髋关节Harris功能评分优良率为91％.[结论]Fixion PF治疗不穗定型股骨转子间骨折具有手术创伤小,固定牢靠,患者可早期功能活动,并发症少等优点,是治疗股骨转子间骨折的理想方法,值得推广.
