Mansoniella cinnamomi, a new pest to Cinnamomoum camphora in Tonglu, Zhejiang province was reported. Description was made on morphological characteristics of adult, nymph and egg as well as on its damage. Observation was conducted on the biological properties of the insect. Control measures were offered such as improving tree growth, strengthening quarantine, protecting natural enemies, using low toxic pesticide on first generation of nymph.%报道了在桐庐发现的樟颈曼盲蝽(Mansoniella cinnamomi),介绍了其成虫形态特征,首次对其在樟树上的为害情况和若虫、卵形态特征进行了描述,同时对其生物学特性进行了初步观察,提出了增强树势、加强检疫、保护天敌、在第一代若虫期,采用高效低毒农药进行重点防治的建议.
