针对目前大学生群体中普遍存在心理承受能力与调适能力差，人际关系失调、自卑失落、抑郁、缺乏坚强意志等心理困扰甚至心理疾病等问题，改进高职院校大学生心理健康教育的工作方法是必然的要求。将影视鉴赏教育与电影疗法相结合对大学生开展有针对性的心理调治，是改善大学生心理健康教育的新途径，也是大学生心理健康教育的重要组成部分。其在高职院校实施的必然性、适用性、可行性和基本的方法，可为高职院校探索电影疗法在大学生心理健康教育的途径提供参考。%According to the mental troubles and even mental diseases among college students,like the weaknesses in mental ca-pacity and debugging capacity, interpersonal disorder, inferiority complex, depression and lack of strong will, it is quite necessary to improve the working methods of the mental health education for students in vocational college. This essay analyzes that the combina-tion between film appreciation and film therapy is a new way for college students to improve their mental health education and also an important part of mental health education for college students. Its inevitability, usability, feasibility and basic methods provide refer-ence for further exploration of film therapy in finding ways of mental health education.
