文章基于真实的新疆庭审话语语料,对温馨庭审的定义、特征和功能做了实证性分析,提出了语用距离的定义、分类和三个互动交际层面,重点探讨了温馨庭审话语中语用距离的交际层级性特征.%Based on the real courtroom discourse in Xinjiang,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the definition,features and functions of warm courtroom trial,advances the definition,classification and three communicative hierarchies of pragma-proxemics and probes into the communicative hierarchies of pragma-proxemics in warm courtroom discourse.
