堆叠方法与堆叠层数对扶手型石墨烯纳米带电子能带的影响

         

摘要

Using the tight-binding approximation, it was investigated the band structure of AA-stacked or AB-stacked bilayer armchair graphene nanoribbons and few-layer armchair graphene nanoribbons, the analytical solutions of wave function and energy dispersion were presented. By theoretical calculation, it was found that geometric topology of bilayer armchair graphene nanoribbons changed, and the band structure also changed accordingly ; In addition, the band structure changed regularly and the gap decreased exponentially with increase of armchair-grapheme-nanoribbon (AGNRs) layers when AGNRs with constant width n.%根据紧束缚模型理论,研究了AA堆叠与AB堆叠的双层扶手型石墨烯纳米带和少层扶手椅型石墨烯纳米带的能带结构,并相应地给出了解析解.改变双层扶手型石墨烯纳米带空间的拓扑结构,能带与能隙也相应地随之变化;另外,当扶手型石墨烯纳米带的带宽n不变时,随着层数的增加,能带结构随之变化,能隙则成指数型减小.
