介绍了一种直动式电液数字伺服阀的结构原理及其控制方法。该阀的结构较传统的阀更加简单、可靠,且采用连续跟踪控制方法消除了传统的步进式数字阀所固有的量化误差与响应速度之间的矛盾。同时对其动态特性也进行了较为详细的分析。理论分析与实验结果对照表明该阀具有理想的动态特性。%The operation principle and control method of electro-hydraulicdigital servo valve are first introduced. The structure of the valve is superior to the conventional valve and the continuously tracing method solves the problem that arises as a result of the constradiction between the stepping error and response speed of the digital valve. Then, the dynamic characteristics of the valve are investigated. After comparisons between theoretical and experimental results, it is concluded that the valve possesses an ideal performance.
