In view of the complex risk factors of bulk commodity electronic trading marketplace , the work mechanism of risk early warning about bulk commodity electronic trading marketplace was discussed based on genetic algorithm and BP neural network, the evaluation index system of all kinds of risk which the bulk commodity traders and trading center were faced with, and the workflow for market risk early warning, were also proposed respectively.%针对复杂多变的大宗商品电子交易市场风险因素，探讨了基于遗传算法和BP神经网络预警大宗商品电子交易市场风险的基本工作原理，提出了大宗商品交易商以及交易平台提供商在电子交易过程中分别可能面临的各类市场风险的评价指标体系，以及相应的市场风险预警工作流程。
