司法考试与法学教育息息相关，二者既有结合点，又有冲突点。近年来，国家允许在校大学生报考司法考试，这对我国高校司法教育产生了强烈的冲击，加剧了二者之间的紧张感，这在很大程度上是由我国的现实国情与现行教育和考试模式所决定的。要改善这种现状，就要不断进行改进，创新法学教学方法，实现二者共同发展。%The judicial examination and law education are closely linked. In recent years , the college students are allowed to take the judicial examination in China, which has brought strong impact on the law education in colleges and universities. Meanwhile, it has exacerbated the tension between judicial examination and law education. This situation is mainly caused by the current knowledge-centered education and examination mode. In order to improve law education and the current situation , we must change the traditional way of thinking, constantly reform and innovate the teaching method of law, thus to improve the judicial examination and law education.
