秦律是法家思想的集中体现，它里面到处都是严刑峻法，似乎无关儒家学说。文章通过分析儒家经典《周礼》中的《秋官》一篇，将它所包含的慎刑原则、同罪异罚原则、三赦三宥原则来阐述儒家学说对秦律在等级、慎罚等制度上的重要影响，体现了儒家思想和法家思想融合的历史趋势。%Qin Law is the concentrated reflection of Legalism. It contains all of harsh punishment and seems nothing to do with Confucianism. This paper made an analysis of Qiu Guan in Zhou Li and found that three principles of cautious punishment, same crime different punishment and immunity had played an important role in the grade and penalty system in Qin Law.
