混凝土叠合结构是在预制构件上加浇一层现浇混凝土而形成的一种装配整体式结构。混凝土叠合板是叠合结构的重要型式之一，在建筑中用得最为广泛。底板清理机是叠合板生产线中的关键设备，主要用于模具底模的清理。一台合适的清理机可以提高生产效率，保证合格率，降低生产成本。通过对清理机的功能进行分析，利用Solidworks软件进行三维建模，设计出一台结构合理的清理机。%Concrete composite structure is a prefabricated and add a layer of cast -in-situ concrete pouring and form an assembled monolithic structure .Concrete composite plate is one of the important type of composite structure , the most widely used in doing in the building .Floor cleaning machine is the key equipment in composite board pro-duction line , it is mainly used for cleaning the mold bottom die .A suitable cleaning machine can improve the pro-duction efficiency , guarantee the qualified rate , reduce the production cost .In this paper , through analysis of the function of the cleaning machine , used Solidworks software for 3d modeling, designed a reasonable structure of the cleaning machine .
