This thesis makes analysis of the influence on the improvement of the professional ability of the professional accomplishment and comprehensive quality of the tutors of students' affairs,development of the "academic credit bank" system,and learning group formation and leader selection.Proposals are put forth to further improve the professional ability of the tutors of students' affairs from the perceptive of meeting the diverse needs of students,improving the tutors' professional accomplishment and comprehensive quality and creating open environments and other aspects.%分析学务导师职业素养和综合素质、"学分银行"制度发展程度、学习小组的组建和组长选用对学员学习能力提升的影响,并从满足学员的多元化需求、提高学务导师的职业素养和综合素质、营造开放的环境氛围等方面提出进一步提高学务导师职业能力的建议,更好地促进学务导师制度的发展.
