Its functional modules include the setting up house property, setting up customer information, setting of costs, management fees, administrative personnel, statements inquiries, community management, support function and system setup,and so on. The tool of development is PowerBuilder10.0 and SQLServer 2000. The result shows that the function of the system is better and more convenient than the similar system.
