中学科学教育水平的高低关系到科学事业的未来发展，针对中学科学教育方面存在的师资、教材等问题，为提高中学科学教育水平，中华教育文化基金董事会通过设立科学教席、举办中学科学教员暑期研究会、为中学编译合适的教科书等方式，为二三十年代的中学科学教育的推动作出了贡献。%The level of the middle school’s scientific education is very important to scientific development of a country.The China Foundation for the Promotion of education and Culture (the China Foundation)established science professor,conducted summer proseminar to the middle school sci-ence teacher and Edited textbooks for the middle school.All of these helped the middle schools to enhance the level of their scientific education.
