This paper selects Huanglongtan hydropower plant No.1 generator as a typical case,introduces research and treatment methods of the stator insulation problem,the results show that DC leakage current test can more intuitively reflect the concentration of the stator winding end defects,the winding on both ends of the lead fastening parts is a high incidence of stator insulation defects and should be paid attention to.The research results have important reference value for other similar problems.%本文选择黄龙滩水电厂1号发电机为典型案例,介绍了定子绝缘问题的查找和处理方法,结果表明直流漏电流试验能比较直观地反映定子绕组端部的集中性缺陷,绕组两端引线的紧固部件是产生定子绝缘缺陷的高发部位,应当给予重视,该研究结果对其他各电站类似问题有重要的借鉴价值和参考作用.
