摘要

充分依托 RPA 技术支撑,创新廉租房管理和应用模式,以用户为中心,以用户办事场景需求为视角,实现廉租房“一次申请”。本文分析了基于 RPA 技术实现流程自动化的实施背景,论述了技术路线,介绍了系统架构和建设内容,最后对廉租房业务领域的实践探索进行了思考和总结。Abstract:?fully?relying?on?RPA?technical?support,?innovate?the?management?and?application?mode?of?low?rent?housing,?take?the?user?as?the?center,?and?take?the?user’s?needs?as?the?perspective?to?realize?the?“one-time?application”?of?low?rent?housing.?This?paper?analyzes?the?implementation?background?of?process?automation?based?on?RPA?technology,?discusses?the?technical?route,?introduces?the?system?architecture?and?construction?content,?and?finally?considers?and?summarizes?the?practical?exploration?in?the?field?of?low?rent?housing?business.
