There are many kinds of unsafe factors in the process of production in leather enterprise. In this paper, through analysis of the technological process, safety risk control points were found and hidden perils were checked from the chemical material storage and transportation, electrical devices and power management, management and use of leather specialized machinery and equipment, management and use of leather enterprise special equipment, management and use of pipe and pipeline, safe and effective operation of sewage treatment facilities, occupational hazards identification and control measures and so on. And the enterprise essential security level were overall improved by identifying and hierarchically controlling for the risk points, improving production safety conditions and taking effective control measures for the screened out hidden trouble.%制革企业在生产过程中存在着多种不安全因素,本文通过对其工艺流程进行分析,从化工材料储运、管理和使用,电器设施及用电管理,制革专用机械及设备的管理和使用,制革企业特种设备的管理和使用,管道及管线的管理和使用,污水处理设施的安全运行,职业危害辨识和控制措施等几方面查找安全风险管控点和进行风险隐患排查,对风险点进行辨识和分级管控,对于排查出的隐患,完善和改进安全生产条件,采取有效控制措施,全面提升企业的本质安全水平.
