铬革屑制备有机肥对荞麦中原花青素的影响

         

摘要

以经处理的制革废弃物为肥料原料,对所选土壤施加豆粕有机肥和自制肥,并设置空白组作为对比,对荞麦中原花青素含量进行测定和比较.测定方法为盐酸-正丁醇(5:95)加热显色,并在550 nm处用分光光度法进行含量测定.结果表明:与空白组对比,施豆粕肥的荞麦中原花青素含量增加了0.5倍;分别施自制肥1kg/m2~3 kg/m2的荞麦,施肥量越多原花青素含量越高,施肥量为3 kg/m2时含量约增加了2.6倍.所测结果证明,施加此类肥料对原花青素含量有较大提高.%The content of procyanidins in buckwheat was measured and compared with the treated tannery waste as raw material for fertilizer, the application of soybean meal fertilizer and homemade fertilizer to the selected soil.The measurement method was a color development of heated hydrochloric acid-n-butyl alcohol (5:95), and the content was measured by spectrophotometry at 550nm.The results showed that compared with the blank group, the proanthocyandins content in applying fertilizer buckwheat increased 0.5-fold, respectively, applying homemade fertilizer 1 kg/m2~3 kg/m2, more fertilizer higher procyanidin content, when amount of fertilizer was 3 kg/m2, the content increased about 2.6 times. So the measured results proved that the application of organic fertilizer had greatly improved the procyanidins content.
