台州市路桥污水处理厂提标改造工程工艺设计

         

摘要

The upgrading design capacity of the project of Taizhou Luqiao Sewage Treatment Plant is 90000m3/d. The doxidation ditch process was adopted for the first-phase and the second-phase engineering. The main problems of the original process were analyzed. The process scheme and the design parameters of the upgrading and retrofitting project were introduced.The reconstruction measures including retrofitting original biochemical treatment process, new construction of advanced treatment system and addition of chlorine disinfection filter were taken to make the treated effluent meet the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002). The project can provide some reference for retrofitting of similar wastewater treatment projects.%台州市路桥污水处理厂提标改造工程实施规模为9万m3/d,一期和二期工程均采用氧化沟生化处理工艺;分析了原处理工艺存在的问题,并详细介绍了提标改造工艺方案、设计参数;通过对原生化段进行改造、新建污水深度处理系统和加氯消毒设施,使出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准,可为类似污水厂升级改造提供参考.
