With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the pollution of chemicals has been widely concerned. This review summarised the biodegradation mechanism of organic matter. The biodegradation mechanism of leather fatliquors and the degradation process of ω-oxidation,β-oxidation andα-oxidation were also summarized by studying the structure of fatliquors. The study of biodegradation mechanism of fatliquors can be used for molecular modification of fatliquors and providing theoretical guidance for the production of environmental friendly fatliquors.%随着人们环保意识的日益加强,化学品的污染已经受到广泛关注,化学品的可生物降解性研究已成为热点.本文分析了有机物生物降解的一般规律,并通过研究皮革加脂剂的结构,总结出皮革加脂剂的生物降解机理和ω-氧化、β-氧化及α氧化等几种生物降解历程;探索加脂剂的生物降解机理可为加脂剂的分子改性及生产出更加环境友好的加脂剂提供理论指导.
