石化行业VOCs处理技术探讨

         

摘要

In petrochemical industry, the waste gases which are released from wastewater treatment may contain not only some odorous substances, such as H2S, ammonia, but also odor-causing VOCs (volatile organic compounds), such as CH2Cl2, toluene, dimethyl benzene. Based on the characteristics of the components in the wastewater in petrochemical industry, this article provided three technical treatment strategies as follows: solubilization pretreatment + two stage biological treatment, active carbon adsorption-catalytic combustion+two stage biological treatment, and solubilization pretreatment+ biological treatment + active carbon adsorption. Through the comprehensive comparison, the solubilization pretreatment+two stage biological treatment of the three technical treatment strategies was the most economical feasible which had significant environmental benefits.%石化行业废水处理过程中产生的废气既含有H2S、氨气等恶臭物质,又有CH2Cl2、甲苯、二甲苯等致臭挥发性有机物(VOCs),是一种复合型的污染臭气。本文根据石化废水组分的特点,提出了“增溶吸收预处理+两级生物处理”、“活性炭吸附提浓-催化燃烧+两段式生物处理”及“增溶吸收预处理+生物处理法+活性炭吸附”三种处理技术方案。经过综合对比,“增溶吸收预处理+两级生物处理”方案技术经济可行,环境效益明显。
