改性膨润土对染料废水中甲基橙的吸附性能研究

         

摘要

采用三氯化铁对钠基膨润土进行改性处理,以甲基橙为原料配制模拟印染废水,在恒温振荡条件下进行吸附试验。研究了染料废水的初始pH值、三氯化铁改性膨润土的用量、甲基橙的质量浓度、吸附时间、吸附温度对改性膨润土吸附效果的影响。实验结果表明:改性膨润土的用量为18 g/L,甲基橙的质量浓度为100 mg/L,吸附时间35 min,吸附温度20℃,甲基橙模拟废水的pH=7,振荡速率为200 r/min。在此条件下氯化铁改性膨润土对甲基橙模拟废水的吸附率可达85.26%,表现出较好的吸附效果。%The sodium base bentonite was modified by ferric chloride, and the dye wastewater was imitated by methyl orange. The adsorption experiment was carried out under the stability temperature oscillated condition. The effects of pH value of dye wastewater, dosage of bentonite modified by ferric chloride, concentration of methyl orange, adsorption time, adsorption temperature on the adsorption of methyl orange in dye wastewate by modified bentonite were studied. Experimental results showed that the conditions for adsorption of methyl orange in dye wastewater by modified bentonite were dye wastewater in pH 7, modified bentonite dosage of 18 g/L, concentration of methyl orange of 100 mg/L, adsorption time of 35min, adsorption temperature of 20℃, oscillation rate of 200r/min. Under the above conditions, the adsorption rate of modified bentonite for methyl orange in dye wastewater was 85.26%, indicating that the adsorption effect was good.
