利用废弃革制品制备吸附剂及铬鞣剂的研究

         

摘要

In order to realize the resource utilization of abandoned leather products,we pretreated the leather part of it and then prepared as adsorbent to adsorp the Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ) in the wastewater. The adsorption properties of abandoned leather was investigated. It was found that langmuir isotherm equation can better describe the behavior of Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ) on abandoned leather products. The dosage of adsorbent had effects on Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) removal rate.With the increasing of adsorbent,the removal rate of Cr (Ⅲ) increased at first and then decreased,however,the removal rate of Cr (Ⅵ) increased. With the increasing of adsorption time,the adsorption capacity of Cr (Ⅲ) and Cr (Ⅵ) increased gradually and tended to be stable finally.The pH of solution also impacted Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) removal rate. Finally,the leather was prepared as chromium tanning agent after adsorption as the reducing agent preparation of chromium tanning agent,thus reducing the pollution of abandoned leather to environment.%为实现废弃革制品资源化利用,将回收的废弃革制品进行预处理制备成吸附剂,用于去除废水中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ),研究其吸附性能:废弃革制品中皮革吸附Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附等温线可以用Langmuir方程拟合;吸附剂投加量对Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率都有影响,Cr(Ⅲ)的去除率随着吸附剂投加量的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,而Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率随着吸附剂投加量的增加而增加;随着吸附时间的延长废弃革制品的皮革对Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附量逐渐增大,最后逐渐趋于平衡;溶液初始pH值对Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率也有影响.最后,将吸附后的皮革屑用动态试验法还原重铬酸盐,制备铬鞣剂,从而降低废弃皮革制品对环境的危害.
