高含量水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂FS-701的研制

         

摘要

本文选用氢化MDI、二聚酸聚酯二元醇、聚醚改性烃羟基硅氧烷为原料合成了环保型高含量聚氨酯乳液,并对各组分的作用进行了探讨和讨论.其中二聚酸聚酯二元醇含有36个碳,具有极佳的耐水解性和柔韧性;聚醚改性烃羟基硅氧烷提供柔滑链段;采用的扩链剂2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇(TMPD)、3,3'-二甲基-4,4'-二氨基二环己基甲烷(MACM)含有侧链甲基及环状结构,增加了产品的分子间斥力,降低了乳液粘度,同时也增加了耐水、耐溶剂性能.该产品应用于皮革涂饰,干湿擦达到4级,耐曲挠上万次不裂面,室温甲苯24小时浸泡不掉浆.%In this paper,this environmentally friendly high content polyurethane emulsion was synthesized with hydrogenated MDI, polyester glycol based on dimer acid and siloxane with hydrocarbon and hydroxyl group modified by polyether polyols,and each components'role in the synthesis process was discussed. This product had excellent anti-hydrolyzation and flexible characteristics because of 36 carbon elements in polyester glycol based on dimer acid; the soft chain segment in the modified siloxane with hydrocarbon and hydroxyl group enhanced the soft property to this emulsion; because of the selection of 2,2,4-Trimethyl-l, 3-pentanediol (TMPD) and 3, 3'-Dimethyl-4, 4'-diamino dicyclohexyl methane (MACM ) in the chain extension process, the repulsive force between molecules increased accordingly for the side chain methyl and ring structure, so the emulsion viscosity became low as well as its water-proofing and anti-solvent property improved. After finishing leather ,its both dry and wet rubbing fastness could reach grade 4 , and treated surface could bear ten thousand times of flexing while no breaking and would not fall off after soaked in toluene for 24 hours at ambient temperature.
