合成一种具有阳离子特征和非离子特征的烷基氧化胺,其最佳工艺条件为:过氧化氢与烷基叔胺的摩尔比为1.1～1.15,反应温度70～ 75℃,复合催化剂用量为0.10％～0.15％,反应时间5～6h.并将其与脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及其它助剂进行复配得到环保型ALD毛皮匀染剂.所用原料不含有烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)系列成分,符合绿色环保概念.产品的综合性能达到或超过进口产品水平.%A kind of alkyl oxidation amine with cationic and the nonionic characteristics was synthesized. The optimal process parameters were as follows: mol ratio of Hydrogen peroxide and alkyl tertiary amine was 1.1 ~ 1.15, reaction temperature was 70 - 15℃ , composite catalyst dosage was 0.10% ~ 0.15% .reaction time was 5 - 6 h. Then the environmentally friendly ALD fur levelling agent was obtained, which mixed alkyl oxidation amine, Fatty Amine Polyoxyethylene Ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and other auxiliaries. Furthermore, the raw material did not contain alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether ( APEO ) series of ingredients, in line with the green environmental protection concept. The comprehensive properties of this product meet or exceed the level of imported products.
