Article utilizes Porter's diamond model theory, to summarize and analyze six areas of big data industry a-mong China, Japan and the United State which including production factors, market demand, related industries and sup-porting industries, technology development, development opportunities. It considers that the big data industry in China although in the primary stage of development, it forms its own characteristics, and has broad prospects in the future. However, it needs to transform and attempt in the aspect of policy making, international cooperation and exchange, e-cosystem improvement, professional training, etc.%文章运用波特钻石模型理论，通过对中、日、美三国大数据产业的生产要素、市场需求、相关产业和支持产业、技术研发、发展机遇、政府作用等六个方面的概述、分析及对比，认为我国的大数据产业尽管还处于发展的初级阶段，但也形成了自己的特色与特征，具有广阔的发展前景，需要在政策制定、国际合作交流、产业生态系统完善、专业人才培养等方面做出积极的改变与尝试。
