Investigation was made to the visitors of 10 scientific museums about their interest, channels to get information, demand for information, and attitude toward new information service, and it was found that outreach programs such as micro-letter spreading should be based on multimedia and channels for public culture space; mobile terminal dispaly and LBS should be done to satisfy the users and make the space more valuable.%文章采用问卷和访谈相结合的方法,对全国10个科技博物馆参观者的信息行为与文化服务需求进行了调查。通过分析用户的参观兴趣、信息查询渠道、信息服务需求痛点以及对新型信息服务的态度,认为公共文化空间应该建立基于多种媒介的宣传方案,开展基于用户潜在需求的移动终端展示、LBS等创新与延伸服务,以提高公共文化空间的用户服务满意度和存在价值。
