The library is an important driving force to open access movement. It is found through survey that although libraries have a higher degree of cognition and recognition to open access, the participation is very limited. It is recommended for our library to make extensive cooperation within and outside the industry, undertake the roles of promotion of open access concept, assist the government agencies to develop open access policies, organize existing open access resources, and participate in open access publishing.%图书馆是开放获取运动的重要推动力量。通过问卷调查，发现虽然图书馆对学术信息资源开放获取有较高的认知认可程度，但参与程度非常有限。建议我国图书馆在行业内外开展广泛合作，联合承担起宣传推广开放获取理念、协助国家和机构制定开放获取政策、组织整理现有开放获取资源、参与开放获取出版等角色。
