利用文献调研和网络调查相结合方式，分析国内移动图书馆信息服务特征、服务模式与内容。从移动图书馆应用服务出发，明确图书馆信息服务同高校学科资源建设间的融合作用，在新型高端智库指引下，适时调整信息服务策略，强化高校学科机构知识库保障建设，提高移动图书馆知识转化能力，为高校科研评价和科研决策提供指导。%By means of literature research and network survey, the characteristics of information service, service mode and content of mobile library in China are analyzed. Starting from the application service of mobile library, clear integration of library information service and the construction of academic resources, in under the guidance of new high-end think tank, timely adjustment of strategies of information service, strengthen academic institution-al repositories security construction, to improve the mobile library knowledge conversion capability, and to provide guidance for the evaluation of colleges and universities and scientific research and decision.
