文章以湖南省公共图书馆2005-2015年的发展为样本,通过数据分析对比,揭示湖南省公共图书馆发展过程中存在的问题.在此基础上,总结分析了中部地区公共图书馆发展中存在的均等化水平低、结构性差距悬殊、效能提升缓慢等一般性问题,并提出了相应的意见和建议.%Taking the 10 years development from 2005 to 2015 of Hunan public library as the sample, this article reveals the problems of the development through data analysis and comparison.Based on above analysis,it summarizes the general problems in the development of public libraries in central China,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for strengthening construction and service of public libraries in the central region.
