文章分析了民间儿童图书馆迅速发展的原因,通过案例分析,发现民间儿童图书馆存在自身定位与发展方向不明确、法律身份认定模糊两大问题.提出了民间儿童图书馆的发展需要加大立法力度,解决民间儿童图书馆面临的法律困境;明确受众需求,找准自身定位;开展社区特色服务,明确发展方向;寻求社会支持,促进身份认同的对策与建议,为民间儿童图书馆未来发展提供新的参考路径.%This article makes an analysis on the reason of the rapid development of fork children's library under the view of na-tionwide reading, and puts forward the existing problems of fork children's library: vague position and development direction;ambiguous legal identity.According to the two problems,this article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions which provides reference for future development of fork children's library.
