Community library, acts as an important part of public cultural service system, is still beyond the 4-stage library system, and the development and service of which can not satisfy the needs of community residents.This article discusses the innovation research on development patterns and problems of community library development.%社区图书馆是公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,但目前社区图书馆并没有完全纳入四级图书馆体制内,其发展和服务也并不能满足社区居民的阅读文化需求.本文从国家、省、市三级图书馆体制的资源下沉、服务下沉和环境创建等方面为解决社区图书馆的发展困境问题做有益探索.
