文章围绕“东亚地区书目控制动向国际论坛”上有关日本、韩国编目规则、书目格式规范制订和应用的历史回顾、现行编目规则因应RDA的修订工作进展、基于LOD的书目数据开放现状、对BIBFRAME的研究和认识等方面的现状和新动向，以及RDA在东亚地区应用实施的问题和解决方案、规范控制的现状问题和困境、图书馆编目工作的未来等问题，阐述互联网环境下书目控制的新方向，分析韩日书目控制发展对中国的启示。%At the conference of“Trend of Bibliographic control on East Asia International Forum”,experts from Japan, South Korea and china discussed on“cataloging rules and bibliographic format specification and application,the current cataloging rules for revision of RDA,LOD based open bibliographic data and the research of BIBFRAME”. The problems about“RDA implementation in East Asia:troubles and solutions, the current situation and difficulties of authority control,and cataloging work of libraries in the future”have been discussed in detail. Under the Internet environment, the work that Japan and South Korea libraries have done could be referenced in Chinese bibliographic control.
