The imperial collections in Ming Dynasty is an important part of the development of the ancient official collections.Its com-prehensive and systematic management is not only the inevitable result of historical inheritance,but also the realistic requirement of co-ordinating library work and the internal demand of controlling library businesses.In the early Ming Dynasty,the unique management mechanisms were implemented,such as forming the internal-external parallel of discrete management,guaranteeing the cooperative businesses of collaboration management,adopting the number-bookcase shelving of classification management and promoting the docu-mentary utilization of circulation management.However,due to the neglect of sovereign and the absence of the imperial secretariat,the defects of these mechanisms became increasingly prominent in the mid-late Ming Dynasty.The modern library should draw experience and lessons from the imperial collections management in Ming Dynasty to ameliorate management system,such as optimizing the rules and regulations,establishing the coordination platform,perfecting the operation mechanism,and improving the technical methods,etc. 57 refs.%明代内府藏书是古代官府藏书发展史中的重要一环,其全面系统管理既是历史传承的必然结果,也是统筹图书工作的现实要求,还是执掌图书业务的内在需求.明代前期形成了构建内外并行之分立管理、保障业务合作之协同管理、采用号橱排架之分类管理、促进文献利用之流通管理等特色管理机制,但由于君主忽视与秘书监缺失,这些管理机制的缺陷在明中后期日渐凸显.现代图书馆应当借鉴明代内府藏书管理的经验与教训,诸如优化规章制度、建立协作平台、健全运行机制、改进技术方法等,以完善现代图书馆管理体系.参考文献57.
