The donor-naming mechanism of public libraries prescribes its scope and principles, which is a system innovation of encouraging the participation of the social powers in the establishment and management of public libraries in Public Library Law. Currently, there is a widespread phenomenon of public library naming at home and abroad. In China, Celebrity Collection Room and Chinese overseas-naming are more typical, while in foreign countries, the naming of library building is more typical.
