公共图书馆法在数字服务网络建设、数字资源建设和长期保存、线上线下服务联动、数字阅读产品开发等方面,规定了国家和公共图书馆的责任.国家应当积极推进公共图书馆数字标准体系建设,打造标准统一、互联互通的资源共享平台.公共图书馆在面对公众日益增长的数字化阅读需求时,依托国家大数据战略,加强数字资源建设,借助公共文化云平台,完善数字实体空间,运用科技手段提升数字服务水平.%The Public Library Law stipulates the important responsibilities of the government and public libraries in digitization and cyberization in terms of digital service network construction, digital resource construction and long-term preservation, online-and-offline service linkage, digital reading product development and other important aspects. The government should promote the construction of digital index system and standards, improve the implementation of the rules of the Public Library Law. Also the government should take the responsibility of constructing the nationwide digital service network, consummating the digital central-branch system of public libraries. The public library should face the needs of digitalized reading, rely on the national digital strategy, strengthen the construction of digital resources and use the public cultural cloud platform to improve the level of digital service by means of digital technology.
