通过比较国内研究型大学图书馆与美国研究型大学图书馆的岗位设置,分析两国研究型大学图书馆岗位设置异同,从优化组织结构、弹性原则、分类管理、按需设岗等几个方面提出对我国的借鉴意义.%Based on the comparison of the post setting of university research libraries in China and American, we analyze the main similarities and differences between the two. Then we propose some referential significance in following aspects: optimization of the organizational structure, elastic principle, classified management, setting up the post on demand.
