Taking " data intensive" research paradigm and " knowledge management" theory as the main line, the knowledge service model of science and technology think tank is studied in detail by concept model method and system theory method, and knowledge service paradigm, value chain model and driving model are put forward, and knowledge service mechanism of scientific think tank is built on this basis. The study shows that the knowledge service mechanism of new science and technology think tanks based on data and intelligence reveals the internal operation process of data, reveals the knowledge production mechanism of think tanks, and establishes a service system based on " data - intelligence -solution ", which provides the construction ideas for the decision-making consultation and theoretical innovation of the new science and technology think tank.%文章以"数据密集型"研究范式和"知识管理"理论为主线,运用概念模型法和系统论方法详细研究了科技智库知识服务模型,提出了知识服务的范式、价值链模型和驱动模型,并在此基础上构建了科技智库知识服务机制.研究表明,基于数据和智慧驱动的新型科技智库知识服务机制充分揭示了数据的内在运转流程,揭示了智库知识生产的机理,建立了基于"数据—情报—智慧"的服务体系,为新型科技智库的决策咨询和理论创新提供了建设思路.
