〔Abstract〕 According to university library performance management is lack of practical work, and departmental performance management is lack of effective measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of the librarians, taking the circulation department for example, we put forward new strategy of performance improvement of the“three right dimension”to balance the quantitative responsibility, with right to promote service innovation and with right to stimulate librarians ability.%针对高校图书馆绩效管理缺乏与实际工作结合的特点,并难以调动馆员工作积极性的问题,文章以所在流通阅览部的工作为例,提出:以权衡量化责任目标、以权重促进服务创新、以权益激励馆员积极进取的“三权”维度来提高服务绩效的策略。
