示范区（项目）的创建在经费、人才队伍、管理体制、设施体系、资源供给等方面均有创新突破，不仅深化和拓展了公共图书馆事业，还使公共图书馆的社会价值与影响力有了极大提升。但仍应看到，公共图书馆事业的发展尚有需深入探讨的问题：经费投入与重大专项探索、机构合作与人才培养、管理模式创新与领导协调小组设立、社会力量参与和志愿者制度等。%Funds, talents, management system, facilities system, and resource supplying have innovative breakthroughs in the process of Demonstration zones(projects) created, not only deepen and expand the public library enterprise, but also improve the social value and social inlfuence of public library greatly. But we should see, there are still some questions to proceed further:investment and major projects, corporation among agencies and talents cultivating, innovation of management and leadership group, social forces to participate in and volunteer system, etc.
