Through the construction of dynamic power model of library consortia sustainable growth and the deduction and analysis of the dynamic factors, the paper presents a logic frame for the synergy mechanism.Still, the synergy mechanism analysis are elaborated from four aspects, namely knowledge synergy mechanism, technology innovation synergy mechanism, interests syn-ergy mechanism and relation synergy mechanism.The implication and connotation of synergy mechanism, the construction of the system and the coupling effects are also covered at length.%通过建立图书馆联盟持续成长动力模型，形成了促进图书馆联盟持续成长的动力系统。在分析图书馆联盟协同逻辑机理的基础上，从知识协同、关系协同、技术创新协同和利益协同四个方面建立了图书馆联盟四维协同机制架构，深入阐述了各个维度协同机制的内在规律和系统构成，对彼此之间的耦合关系和作用机制进行了具体论述。
