The paper describes the existent problems in the books′selection when the subject librarian being in library acquisition,regarding the food science as an example,and accesses to the core author,the core institutions and the core press information in the discipline,by the web publishing academic database and Chinese Citation Database of the CNKI.Then,to achieve the purpose of there aspects,namely,determining the books Acquisition principles,identifying and completing collection of core books.%针对图书采访工作中的图书难以取舍的问题,可利用CNKI的中国学术期刊网络出版总库和引文数据库,以食品学科为例,获得该学科的核心作者、核心机构和核心出版社信息,制定图书采访原则、该学科的核心书目,避免重要图书的缺藏。
