Key of the construction of performance appraisal index system of government Information service in public library is the scientific design of appraisal index , quantification of appraisal standards , reasonable set of index weight and the foundation of the mathematic model. In the practice we must follow the principles , such as the availability, comparability, oriented etc. and do tests to index at all levels , reasonable quantification of appraisal standards and set of index weight . We must construct the anoralsal mathematic model in science.%构建一套有效的公共图书馆政府信息服务绩效评价指标体系关键在于对评价指标的科学设计、评价标准的量化处理、指标权重的合理设定以及评价数学模型的建立。在实践过程中，必须遵循可用性、可比性、导向性原则，科学细化并检测各级评价指标内容，合理量化评价标准和设定各项指标权重，建立科学的评价数学模型。
