This paper gives an investigation of the interjection of modern Chinese.On the basis of the rule to combine the grammatical form with its meaning,this paper gives a new predicati for the grammatical properties,semantic properties and syntactic expressions of the interjection.Basicon this,the paper fixed the position of the interjection.Interjection is a kind of the verb.It may be named the voice-verb.%文章以现代汉语叹词为考察对象，遵循语法形式和语法意义相结合的研究原则，对叹词的语法、语义属性和句法表现重新进行描写。在此基础上，对现代汉语的叹词的词类地位进行定位：叹词是动词中的一类，可以叫做声音动词。
