In the paper，we used 35d old weaning piglets of the New RongChang I as experimental animals，to study the effect and mechanism of compound resisting stress drugs on weaning piglet．The result was thatSerum total protein had rises markedly（P＜0．05），BUN，Cortisol and Glucose value had lowered（P＜0．01），P、Na＋、Cl－andK＋value had rised in serum（P＜0．05）．It is concluded that the compound resisting stress drugs effect blood blochemical parameters，and keep acid base balance，and so the compound resisting stress drugs can control stress．%本试验以新荣Ⅰ系35日龄断奶仔猪为试验动物，探讨复方抗应激制剂对仔猪断奶应激的影响及其机理。结果，血清总蛋白含量增加（P＜0．05），血清尿素氮、血清皮质醇、血清葡萄糖下降（P＜0．05），血清无机P、Cl－、Na＋、K＋含量升高（P＜0．05）。表明该制剂可通过这些途径或方面对仔猪断奶应激产生防治作用。
