Based on the new characteristics of talent demands in internet plus era,the knowledge structure and ability structure for professional training of the logistics management and engineering major are discussed in the paper.The idea of constructing the teaching mode based on flipped classroom is proposed.Then the strategies of teaching,teacher-student interaction and students learning in flipped classroom teaching mode are expounded.Finally the evaluation system of the teaching mode is put forward.%文中结合"互联网+"时代下人才需求新特征,重新梳理了物流管理与工程类专业人才的知识结构与能力结构.阐述了物流管理与工程类专业"翻转课堂"教学模式的构建思路,提出从教师教学策略、师生互动策略和学生学习策略构建"翻转课堂"教学模式,并提出了"翻转课堂"教学模式的评价体系.
